Medical Lab Technician Trainer

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy seeks a dedicated and experienced MLT Trainer to deliver high-quality education in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students, ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in diagnostic laboratories and healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery:
• Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on subjects including Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, and Clinical Laboratory Techniques.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on laboratory exercises to enhance student learning.
• Curriculum Implementation:
• Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure that all course objectives are met.
• Contribute to the development and updating of course materials and laboratory manuals to reflect current industry standards.
• Student Assessment:
• Design and administer written, oral, and practical assessments to evaluate student understanding and competencies.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students requiring assistance.
• Laboratory Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of reagents, samples, and waste disposal.
• Student Mentorship:
• Guide students in professional ethics, communication skills, and career development.
• Support students during internships and clinical postings, offering mentorship and supervision.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,153.11 - ₹25,788.41 per month
