Job Description

Preferred candidate profile: A UG or PG. A minimum of 1 to 15 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing. Good Communication Skills Incumbent is responsible for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, Growth and image of the Hospital Brand. Ability to work well under pressure. Roles and Responsibilities - Manager: Implement the marketing plans by coordinating the team members To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc. To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans. To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved. To explore new product feasibility for business plan. To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand. To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan. Support in all marketing purposes to the General Manager-Marketing Need to take care of all other works which is assigned by the Manager. Reporting to: Vice President / Chairman Roles and Responsibilities - Executive: overseeing and developing marketing campaigns conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences devising and presenting ideas and strategies promotional activities compiling and distributing financial and statistical information writing and proofreading creative copy maintaining websites and looking at data analytics organizing events and product exhibitions updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system coordinating internal marketing and an organizations culture monitoring performance managing campaigns on social media.
