Job title: Doctor Relationship Associate Department: Business Development Reports To: Centre Manager / Regional Manager / BD Head Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians / general physicians etc within the allotted areas Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories. Skills & Qualification Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry. Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Passionate about helping individuals and couples build families. Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments.
