Community Manager Healthcare Location: Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Surrounding Belt (Including 100 KM radius) We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Manager to expand our outreach and strengthen networks in Ludhiana, Chandigarh , and the surrounding regions. This role is instrumental in building strong connections with healthcare professionals and institutions to drive patient referrals and promote sustained organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive regional growth in Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and nearby districts. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. Generate consistent patient referrals and maintain a robust referral pipeline. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and convert them into long-term partnerships. Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach programs, medical camps, CME sessions, and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights. Ensure brand visibility, credibility, and professionalism in all interactions within the healthcare community. Submit regular reports on field activities, progress, challenges, and market updates. Requirements: MBA in Marketing or a related discipline. 5–8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Strong networking skills with proven experience in generating referrals and handling medical professional relationships. Deep familiarity with the local healthcare landscape of Ludhiana, Chandigarh , and adjoining areas within a 100 KM range. Must own a personal vehicle and be open to frequent regional travel. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
