Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive regional growth in Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and nearby districts.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Generate consistent patient referrals and maintain a robust referral pipeline.
  
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach programs, medical camps, CME sessions, and promotional activities.
  
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
  
• Ensure brand visibility, credibility, and professionalism in all interactions within the healthcare community.
  
• Submit regular reports on field activities, progress, challenges, and market updates.
  

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
  
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  
• Strong networking skills with proven experience in generating referrals and handling medical professional relationships.
  
• Deep familiarity with the local healthcare landscape of

  Ludhiana, Chandigarh

  , and adjoining areas within a 100 KM range.
• Must own a personal vehicle and be open to frequent regional travel.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
