Manager Healthcare with 1 - 2 years experience Location - Chennai Title Manager Doctor Referral Marketing (DRM) Job Description Doctor referral marketing is integral to a hospitals’ growth; this creates networks for more patients to avail the hospital’s services Role & responsibilities: The role of Executive – DRM includes To visit Referral doctors in and around Kolathur, to develop relationships for getting referrals To achieve the targets-assigned each month Do regular follow-ups with Referral doctors, maintain call average norms (at least 8 calls per day) and keep updating doctors’ list To provide timely feedbacks of the referred patients to respective Referral doctors To conduct various brand-building and visibility-related activities in and around Kolathur; associations, clubs and RWAs to improve footfalls To meet internal doctors for their suggestions to improve footfalls To conduct CMEs, Round Table meets and Cluster meets with Referral doctors in and around Kolathur To ensure Referral fee reaches Referral-doctors on time To maintain Referral data on Monthly basis Should meet on an average of 8 GPs / specialists/ clinics / nursing homes in a day To follow up with the leads generated through various camp activities Introduction of GPs to internal consultants and management team To submit the daily work report to the Reporting Manager Preferred candidate profile: 1. Qualification: Any Under Graduate & MBA-Sales & Marketing, preferred 2. Experience: 1 – 2 years 3. Linguistic competence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Tamil) 4.
