Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Media Buying Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager – Media Operations will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a mix of operational excellence, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, along with client communication and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Upgrade and optimize the PPC campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google ads, META ads and Linkedin Ads

• Track, optimize and report on PPC campaigns performance.

• Analyze all online marketing channels & campaigns ensuring optimal ROI.

• Daily web analytics and conversion optimization. Ideas for new traffic generation

• Managing project work and ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Strong Inter – department coordination to avoid any confusion.

Key Competencies:

• Critical thinking ability to understand root cause of issues.

• At least 3-4 years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads

• Able to methodically approach problem resolution.

• Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of interpreting data and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

• Open to change seeks learning opportunities

• Quickly identifies the symptoms and underlying cause of problems
