Media Buyer

You will be joining our marketing team as an experienced Media Buyer where your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement media buying strategies. Your role will involve negotiating rates and placements to maximize the effectiveness and return on investment of our advertising campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall strategies is essential. Analyzing performance data to inform future media buys and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI will be key aspects of your job. Your strong negotiation and analytical skills will be crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends, developing media buying strategies to reach target audiences, negotiating with media vendors to secure advertising space, collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met, tracking and reporting on campaign performance, staying updated on industry news and best practices, managing budgets efficiently, building relationships with media partners, and staying organized to prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with media planning tools and software, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, attention to detail, knowledge of current advertising trends, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provided and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift from Monday to Friday with a performance bonus opportunity. The preferred experience level for this role is 4 years with a total of 5 years in media buying. The work location is in person at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.,
