Role Overview:

We are looking for data-driven and detail-oriented Media Buyer/Planner to join our growing

media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms

and buying strategies, along with experience in planning and optimizing paid campaigns across

multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  digital media plans

  across platforms such as Meta (Facebook &Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor campaign KPIs like

  CTR, CPA, CPC

  etc. and drive continuous improvements.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Handle

  end-to-end media buying

  : audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media assets align with platform best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to align media planning with business objectives and campaign KPIs.
• Negotiate with vendors and explore partnerships to enhance media effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital media buying and planning.
• Strong proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in using analytics tools (eg: Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
