Job Title: Media Buyer – Google Ads

Location: Remote

About the Role:


We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Media Buyer with deep expertise in running and scaling performance campaigns on Google Ads platforms. You’ll be responsible for independently managing ad accounts, strategizing and optimizing campaigns, and handling client communication without hand-holding.

This role is perfect for someone who understands business goals and translates them into high-performance campaigns across paid media channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns acros Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Shopping).
  • Strategize full-funnel media plans aligned with the client’s goals (ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.).
  • Conduct regular performance audits and competitor analysis.
  • Build and structure campaigns: audience segmentation, creative briefing, A/B testing, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities

  • Continuously analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights to improve CTR, ROAS, CPAs, and other KPIs.
  • Independently manage client communication — reporting, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, content) for smooth campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm/policy changes, and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with substantial budgets.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable results (ROAS, lead generation, or sales growth) for eCommerce and/or D2C brands.
  • Expertise in keyword research, campaign setup, Smart Bidding, Shopping feed optimization, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate them into strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, and Data Studio.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills — able to lead calls and present performance insights confidently.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities independently.


Good to Have:


  • Exposure to YouTube Ads scaling strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRO and creative testing frameworks.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or freelancers.
