Job Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp and analytical Media Buyer to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate should have experience in running paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram (Meta) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more.
• Perform audience research, build custom & lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting strategies.
• Track performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPL, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and placements.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
• Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation.
