We are looking for a data-driven Media Buyer who specializes in acquiring traffic for marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok shop, Target, etc.) for WellBefore. WellBefore.com is an e-commerce platform for Medical Supplies. We sell face masks like KN95, N95, Gloves, toothbrushes, etc.

This person will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns across marketplaces such as (Walmart Ads and Amazon Ads) to drive conversions and maximize ROAS


Key Responsibilities


  • Paid Advertising for Marketplaces
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic to Amazon, Walmart, and eCommerce stores.
  • Implement AI-driven bidding strategies and A/B test creatives, keywords, and landing pages for the best performance.
  • Leverage external paid traffic to increase marketplace rankings and improve organic visibility.
  • Optimize product pages and storefronts for higher conversions from paid traffic.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adjust targeting, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.
  • Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, click-through rates, and conversion rates to adjust bidding strategies.
  • Utilize tools like Amazon Attribution, Pixel tracking, and Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate weekly reports on spend, performance, and profit margins with actionable insights.
  • Identify new traffic sources and ad placements that convert for marketplace sales.
  • Develop retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to maximize customer LTV.
  • Stay updated on marketplace ad trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.



Requirements:


5-7 years of experience running paid traffic campaigns for Amazon, Walmart, and eCommerce.

Proven track record in managing paid ads on Walmart ads and Amazon Ads.

Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates, and attribution tracking.

High initiative – must be able to proactively test and optimize ad strategies for best performance.

Experience working with healthcare or regulated products is a plus.

Advanced English (C1+) – solid communication skills required.

Experience with AI-driven advertising and automation tools is a plus.
