Recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor.
Work Location: Cameroon, Africa.
Domain: Dairy and beverages factory.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience of food manufacturing plants-Utility Equipment:
> Boilers.
> Softeners.
> Reciprocating & screw compressors.
> Small & large Chilling units.
> DG sets (up to 1 MVA).
> RO,DM & DI Water plant.
> CIP Units.
> Cooling towers.
Process Equipment:
> Horizontal form-fill-seal Machines.
> Vertical form-fill-seal Machines.
> Cup filling machines.
> Bottle filling & packing machines.
> Pumps, Pasteurisers & Homogenizers.
Sound knowledge of:
> Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
> Spare parts inventory control.
> MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
Departmental Skills
> Workplace improvements(KAIZEN, 5S, 3M)
> Team handling(OJT, Skill matrix)
Trade/Domain Skills
> Electricals- Circuits, Logic Controllers, VFD, Servo Motors & Drives, High & Low voltage control systems, safety devices such as breakers & switches, load calculations, panel & wiring.
> Mechanicals- Motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, pneumatic & hydraulic equipment, conveyors.
Soft skills:
> PM/CM, Breakdown data uses.
> Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
> Entry-level Programming Software.
Qualifications
Minimum experience of 10 years in a similar domain
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, EM Engineering, or similar.
