Job Post - Mechanical Engg Manager - Fabrication

Experience required – 8 to 10 Years

Role Description

·       Designs, implements, and refines product development and manufacturing processes.

·       Manages staff and assigns tasks to site engineers for erection and commissioning work

·       Leads teams in the development of new designs, solutions, and processes.

·       Look after project logistics and resource allocation.

·       Design and Engg. drawing finalization in co-ordination with Client and internal design team.

·       Manufacturing drawing review and release of the drawing for manufacturing after approval.

·       Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies.

·       Attends site visit for design finalization and dimensions measurement

·       Submit conceptual designs to design based on experience and constrain at E&C sites.

·       Co-ordinate with vendors for manufacturing status and project deliverables.

·       Responsible for overall quality of the manufactured parts.

·       Plan micro level activity for E&C work, Lifting equipment selection and arrangement at the site location.

·       Verify all the details of drawing and shop level manufacturing drawing before release.

·       Look after the quarries and issues raised by the client during the project duration.

Preferred candidate profile

·       Should have in depth knowledge of manufacturing process.

·       Expertise in engineering drawing reading (Structural and fabrication drawing).

·       Hand on experience on Fabrication work, mechanical structural work and sheet metal process is must

·       10 years of experience is must from Mechanical Manufacturing industry.

·       Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

·       Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Capable of handling team of contractual workers.
