We are seeking a Mechanical Should Costing Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves performing should costing, design-to-cost analysis, cost benchmarking, and value engineering. You will collaborate with design, sourcing, and supplier teams to deliver actionable cost insights using advanced estimation tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cost engineering, manufacturing, or sourcing
• Expertise in costing for machined parts, plastics, and sheet metal
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design
• Proficiency in costing tools (e.g., aPriori, DFMA, or similar)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in sourcing and supplier negotiation is a plus
• Immediate or <30-day joiners preferred
