Mechanical Projects - Engineer (Solar Mfg)

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of packages and fulfilling project objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Timely delivery of all required inputs such as materials, technical documents & drawings, and manpower at project sites. - Identifying and resolving critical issues and interface issues early on. - Managing contracts post-award until final completion and closure. - Generating various Management Information System (MIS) reports and highlighting problem areas for management intervention. - Coordinating with internal departments, sites, and vendors/contractors to ensure the timely completion of packages by making sure all deliverables are available at the site. - Conducting Kick-off Meetings (KOMs) and Progress review meetings. - Anticipating problems and interface issues, and proactively resolving them. - Providing necessary support to the site during project execution. - Monitoring post-award contracts and managing them effectively. - Implementing mandates for the timely completion of projects.
