Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Good Safety culture.Undestands the importance 0f safety and leads in Risk reduction.

Good in PTW,height work & hot work.

• Exposure to Heavy Engineering Equipment’s like Crushers,VRM, Ball Mills, FEL, Hammer Mill, Rotary Dryer, hammer mills, Vibrating feeders & dynamic separators. • Air Compressors(Screw), centrifugal Pumps, positive displacement pumps, etc .

• Material Handling Equipment like Fork Lift, Loader, Belt Conveyor, Roller con-veyors.

• Screw Conveyors, Elevators, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment,

• Hot air generators, Oil Burners (Heavy Oil), Thermic fluid Heaters, Dryers, Heat exchangers, Chilling System.

• Pollution Control Equipment like Pulse Jet Dust Collector.

• Handling a team of Fitters, contract workmen, outsourced jobs & AMC personnel.

• Report generation as per the group standards Maintenance planning and manpow-er.

• Total productive Maintenance

• Spare parts and Inventory Control

• Safety and Environment Management System

• WCM / TPM Activities ,Good trouble shooting skills & failure analysis skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mech.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP

4-6 years B.E (Mechanical ) or 7-8 years Diploma (Mechanical)

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE

Preferably from the field of Mechanical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry.
