Track order status, delivery timelines, and vehicle registrations (RTO processes). Maintain CRM system entries and submit regular MIS reports. 5. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of competitor activity, pricing, new launches, and market demand. Provide inputs on customer feedback and feature expectations to product teams. Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
