🚨 We’re Hiring! | Head – Mechanical (Blast Furnace) | Steel Manufacturing Industry 📍 Location: Hazira, Surat 📅 Experience: B.E/B.Tech: 20+ years / Diploma: 25+ years (Only candidates with extensive experience in similar projects and Operations & Maintenance will be considered.) 🔧 Job Purpose: We’re looking for a seasoned Mechanical Head to lead our Blast Furnace mechanical operations. This critical role ensures the continuous, efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems to meet business objectives and maximize plant availability and worked on BF - 4000 cubic meter. Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical maintenance team and oversee smooth equipment functioning Plan and source maintenance activities aligned with business goals Develop preventive maintenance frameworks for static and dynamic equipment Optimize operation costs while ensuring high system availability Liaise with external agencies and cross-functional teams for seamless coordination Ensure regular compliance with safety standards and best practices Map operational strategies to maintain equipment stability Drive SOP implementation for routine, shutdown, and emergency operations ✅ Functional Expertise Required: Deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems in: Blast Furnace Proper Cast House SGP Stock House Hot Blast System Utilities Proven experience in both project execution and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management capabilities 📩 Apply Now!
