Position Overview

We are seeking Engineer Trainees with a background in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about engineering design. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-time exposure to industrial projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Any year of Passout)
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year (preferred)
• Location: Chennai – 600058 (must be willing to relocate or commute reliably)
• Interview Mode: Telephonic and Face to Face Interview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop part models from freehand sketches or detailed engineering drawings
• Draft 2D technical drawings as per manufacturing standards
• Assist in planning, procurement, and project coordination
• Support on-site installation and commissioning of machines
• After probation, participate in design and development of new engineering solutions

• Access to a PC/laptop with Solid Edge software
• Availability for emergency project tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead skilled labor teams
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability

Terms of Employment

• On-the-job Training: 4 months
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Work Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
• Travel Requirement: Willing to travel up to 50% (preferred)

Additional Note
