Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  plastic, sheet metal, and machined components

  for camera or electromechanical systems.
• Create detailed 3D/2D CAD models, assemblies, and surface designs using

  Creo

• Apply

  DFM/DFA principles

  , tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless design integration and timely delivery.
• Manage

  EBOMs

  , ECO/ECR, and component lifecycle using

  Teamcenter PDM/PLM

  .
• Support

  NPI/NPD

  processes — from ideation to prototype and production release.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Creo

  , DFM/DFA, BOM, GD&T, Teamcenter PDM/PLM, MS Office
• Strong understanding of

  plastic, sheet metal, and machined component manufacturing

• Knowledge of

  MCAD PCB design

  , EMN/EMP verification, and electromechanical systems
