Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Installation & Commissioning:
• Set up of mixers, dryers, capsule fillers, tablet presses, packaging machines, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems in compliance with production flow.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
• Reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze production bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to enhance equipment efficiency.
• Utilities Management:
• Oversee water systems (RO, WFI), air handling units (AHUs), and compressed air systems.
• Ensure utility systems support cleanroom and production requirements.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Adhere to GMP, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain equipment qualification records (IQ/OQ/PQ) and calibration logs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
