Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer at Sporting Syndicate, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance on various types of machineries and ensure their optimal performance. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC, Laser, Lathe, VMC, Hydraulic, etc. types of machineries. - Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S for equipment performance, safety, and organization. - Maintain detailed maintenance documentation. - Manage critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. - Train and educate team members to maintain high standards of maintenance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required. - 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company is desired. - Good academic grades are highly preferred. - Willingness to learn new engineering processes. - Ability to work in a professional and systematic manner.
