· Performing Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

· Troubleshooting and Repairing: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other types of equipment failures.

· Installing New Equipment: Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment.

· Developing Maintenance Procedures: Creating and implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.

· Supervising Others: Overseeing and training junior maintenance staff.

· Managing Inventory: Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies.

· Ensuring Safety: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

· Documenting Activities: Maintaining records of maintenance and repair activities.

· Collaborating with Others: Working with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and other relevant engineering principles.

· Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

· Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

· Supervisory Skills: Ability to supervise and train junior staff.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.

· Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.

· Knowledge of Relevant Regulations: Understanding of relevant safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Mechanical / Electrical / Diploma Mechanical Electrical

· Proven experience of Plant Maintenance

· Knowledge of Custom’s regulations and requirements

· Strong communication and negation skills

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Salary is not a bar for the right candidate.
