About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our automobile and construction equipment engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in mechanical design, production, quality, testing, maintenance, and hydraulic systems, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Candidates with experience in heavy construction machinery such as Hyva, Ajax, Poclain, JCB, or similar equipment will be given preference. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical and hydraulic components for heavy and construction vehicles.
• Participate in production planning, process improvement, and quality control activities.
• Work on assembly, fabrication, and maintenance of heavy automobiles and hydraulic machinery.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to plan, schedule, and execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of heavy and construction machinery (Hyva, Ajax, Poclain, JCB, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
• Understanding of automobile systems, hydraulic circuits, engines, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) – compulsory.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Tools.
• Experience in maintenance, assembly, or testing of construction or heavy vehicles.
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
