Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Executive/ Engineer

1. Maintenance Planning & Strategy: -Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime. -Plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities. 2. Technical Expertise -Apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems for troubleshooting and repairs. -Ensure machines and systems are functioning efficiently. 3. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving -Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems promptly. -Provide technical support to ensure smooth operations. 4. Machine Maintenance -Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines and equipment, including presses. -Ensure availability of essential spare parts and tools. 5. Hydraulic and Electrical Knowledge -Understand and work with basic hydraulic systems and components. -Maintain proficiency in electrical and electronic troubleshooting. 6. Compliance & Safety -Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. -Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of equipment. 7. Continuous Improvement -Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement solutions. -Participate in Kaizen and 5S activities for workplace efficiency. -Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment, including presses, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. -Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize production delays. -Analyze root causes of recurring mechanical issues and implement corrective measures. -Ensure all mechanical systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and part replacements. Note : Candidates with an ITI certification in Mechanical OR Electrical Maintenance or a relevant technical degree are preferred. However, education is not a strict criterion anyone with the required skills and knowledge as per the job description is encouraged to apply.
