Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and development of innovative mechanical systems and components. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating efficient and reliable products.

Designation: Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in mechanical design of min. 8 years, preferably in product

development or product design.

• Experience in preferred industry from Heater / Boiler Manufacturing.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and drafting using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept to production.

• Conduct thorough research to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Generate detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard CAD software

• Knowhow of STAAD.

• Verify comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of prototypes, making necessary design iterations to meet performance and reliability requirements.

• Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM standards thoroughly.
