Work Experience: 3 to 5 years
· Design & development for Automatic material handling system
· Responsible for preparing designs using CAD software (Solid works)
· Responsible for preparing 3D /2D part , assembly ,manufacturing and fabrication detailed drawings
· Item & Bill of materials creation in ERP
· Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)
· Experience in sheet metal design
· Preparing the general assembly & machine layout
· Develop appropriate assembly & weldment fixtures
· Provide technical support during assembly and installation of equipment
· Good knowledge in Basic Mechanisms, Manufacturing Processes like Machining processes, welding process & surface treatments.
· Finite Element analysis (FEA)
· Knowledge about common principles in DFMA & FMEA
· Preparation of user, installation and maintenance manual.
· Preparation of Packing list and stuffing drawing.
· Standardization of components and Bill of material & reducing product cost by Value Engineering

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
