Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at our company, you will be a part of the Mechanical Design team and play a vital role in designing automation systems with a focus on CAD tools and industrial applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing automation systems, including layout planning and component selection - Creating designs for EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) and conveyor systems - Applying engineering principles in mechanics and manufacturing processes - Developing and interpreting pneumatic and hydraulic system designs - Utilizing CAD/CAE software for design and documentation - Supporting simulation and design validation activities - Following standard design protocols including GD&T as per ISO standards Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Additional professional training (e.g., IMTMA) in design, analysis tools, or simulation software - 2 to 4 years of overall experience In addition to technical skills, soft skills and additional requirements for this role include: - Proficiency in CAD / CAE software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) - Familiarity with design optimization and simulation tools - Basic computer literacy (MS Office, file management, etc.) - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities - Willingness to travel based on project requirements - Flexibility to work varied hours when necessary What We Offer: Joining our team provides you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation and industrial design projects, gain hands-on experience with modern tools and practices in mechanical design, receive structured learning and mentorship from experienced professionals, and have a growth path into engineering roles based on performance.
