Job Title: Sales Manager Experience: 2-5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably selling premium or high-value products. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, B.Sc / B.Tech, Marketing, (Preferably Science Graduates) Location: Dapodi, Pune. Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Premium Product Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our premium products. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Acquisition & Targeting: Proactively identify and target potential high-value customers for premium product offerings. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain premium clients. • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about product features and benefits. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the premium product portfolio and industry trends. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of premium products. • Customer Feedback: Provide feedback and insights from customers to support product development and improvement.• Networking & Promotion: Attend networking events and actively promote the companys premium products. Skills: • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
