Full Stack .Net Developer Location: Bangalore, India Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the development of our software applications in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular 14+, Dot Net Core, C#, and SQL Server, with excellent knowledge of GIT, code merge & reviews, performance optimizations, and information security guidelines. The successful candidate will also have experience in mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor and support team members to enhance coding standards, problem-solving skills, and architectural understanding. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment of applications. Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure quality assurance and successful production releases. Identify and resolve application performance issues, including optimizing backend logic and database queries. Ensure all applications comply with security standards and participate in regular audits and risk assessments. Use Git for version control, manage code branches effectively, and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards. Implement caching strategies using frameworks like Redis to improve system responsiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with the L2 Support Team to educate them on new features, assist in patch releases, and resolve production issues. Manage a team of junior developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and providing regular performance feedback. Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using Angular 14+ , .NET Core , C# , and SQL Server , with strong proficiency in Git and version control systems. Solid understanding of application performance optimization, secure coding practices, and adherence to information security guidelines. Familiarity with caching frameworks such as Redis, with the ability to implement caching strategies to enhance application performance. Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with a team-oriented and proactive mindset.
