🔧 Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Transformer Tank & Channel Design up to 5 MVA. The role focuses on practical design aligned with fabrication and manufacturing requirements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Design & detailing of Transformer Tank & Channel (up to 5 MVA)

✔ Preparation of 2D drawings using AutoCAD

✔ Channel sizing & strength calculation support

✔ Design optimization considering load, strength & safety

✔ Coordination with production, quality & testing teams

✔ BOM preparation & drawing modifications

✔ Ensure compliance with IS / IEC standards

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

✔ AutoCAD proficiency mandatory

✔ Experience in Transformer Tank & Channel design preferred

✔ Knowledge of MS channel sections, fabrication & welding

✔ Understanding of manufacturing tolerances & material selection
