MDM (Master Data Management) SaaS and On-Prem Engineer

As an MDM (Master Data Management) SaaS and On-Prem Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust MDM systems that ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud platforms. Your expertise in MDM tools, data modeling, integration, and governance will be crucial in managing complex data ecosystems effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions across SaaS and on-premise platforms to maintain a unified view of master data. - Configuring and customizing MDM tools to meet business requirements and ensure compatibility across environments. - Developing and maintaining master data models for various domains such as customers, suppliers, products, and financial data. You will also be tasked with implementing and managing integrations between SaaS MDM platforms and on-premise systems, developing data pipelines, APIs, and ETL workflows, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies, implementing data quality rules and tools, monitoring the performance of MDM systems, and optimizing workflows and processes for data ingestion, cleansing, and integration. Your role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders, providing training and support to end-users, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, maintaining comprehensive documentation of MDM processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MDM implementation and support, proficiency in MDM tools and technologies for both SaaS and on-premise environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Certifications in MDM tools, cloud platforms, and data governance or data quality would be advantageous.
