Our mission is to elevate patient safety standards through evidence-based practice, modern monitoring technology, and a collaborative, consultant-led model.Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Consultant Anesthesiologist (MD/DNB) to lead theatre and ICU anaesthetic services, drive protocol excellence, and mentor junior clinicians across our tertiary care facilities.Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe general, regional, and monitored anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries, ensuring ASA-aligned standards.
  • Supervise pre-operative assessment clinics, optimise comorbidities, and consent patients on analgesia plans.
  • Lead intra-operative airway management, invasive monitoring, and ultrasound-guided regional blocks.
  • Coordinate post-operative pain services, critical care admissions, and rapid response to code situations.
  • Implement and audit infection-control, medication, and equipment protocols to maintain NABH/JCI compliance.
  • Train residents, OT technicians, and nursing staff; contribute to CME, morbidity meetings, and clinical research.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MD or DNB in Anaesthesiology with valid MCI/state registration.
  • 5+ years independent anaesthesia practice across diverse surgical specialties.
  • Proficiency in difficult airway algorithms, regional techniques, and ventilator management.
  • Ability to interpret ECG, ABG, TEE, and handle haemodynamic crises.

Preferred

  • Fellowship in Critical Care or Pain Medicine.
  • Experience with ERAS, ultrasound machines, and anaesthesia information systems.
  • Published research or quality-improvement projects in perioperative care.
