Job Title MD DNB DCH Pediatrician Consultant Location: India (On-site) Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients, diagnosing various medical conditions. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for each patient. Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for children of all ages. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical conditions and care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Educate patients and families about health issues, prevention strategies, and care plans. Promote positive health outcomes through routine screenings and preventative measures. Stay updated with the latest medical practices and changes in pediatric care standards. Participate in professional development activities and training sessions. Assist in emergency medical situations, providing immediate care and interventions. Support and conduct research initiatives to enhance pediatric care standards. Advise on public health initiatives that promote children's health. Participate in community outreach programs to educate families about pediatric health. Qualifications MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pediatric healthcare. Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in patient assessment and diagnostic procedures. Ability to establish rapport with children and families. Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Strong ethical standards and integrity in medical practice. Willingness to actively participate in medical research when required. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. A passion for improving pediatric health and promoting wellness.
