A little bit about the role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced MCR Operator in the newly formed marketing team working with our global fashion client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proven track record in dealing with a range of clients, production streams. The role requires a deep understanding across all facets of post-production and moving video and the ability to work across multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.A professional attitude and unwavering commitment to quality are highly desirable. We require someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table in a rapidly evolving multi-studio set-up.Reporting to the Senior Campaign Partner working alongside the team.
What you will be doing:
- Upon receipt, manage the ingest and QC of all production masters via the automated and manual workflows within the agreed service level timelines
- Ensure all approved assets are tagged and processed before they are passed through to our global postproduction teams
- Where necessary, liaising with production personnel and partner agencies to ensure that production masters and project files are delivered to spec
- Provide technical production expertise and continually drive production best practice
- Provide technical advice and support to colleagues for any final deliverables across platforms and channels
- Have a deep understanding of production workflows and the way broadcast equipment and production systems are used within the IIG group
- Provide input, advice and feedback on the use of technology and our current processes
- Operate equipment used in the Master Control Room and monitor and maintain technical equipment and systems and ensure standards are kept with minimum disruption to workflows
What you need to be great in this role:
- Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment often under aggressive timings
- Have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment and applications across multiple production streams and disciplines
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technology, ways of working and have the instinct to grasp and funnel emerging opportunities and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to teams
- Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of team
- Be organised and methodical in their approach to work
- Motivate and lead production teams with enthusiasm
- Respond pro-actively to tight deadlines, remaining calm and personable even under pressure
- Experience in northern European markets and fluent in Swedish (preferably)
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in:
- Digital
- Print
- Motion Graphics
- UX-UI
- Artwork

- Automation
