As a Freelance Company Secretary on a 4-month contract basis located in Uppal/Hyderabad, your role will involve managing corporate secretarial, compliance, and documentation work. You will be responsible for tasks such as company incorporation, debenture-related documentation, and coordination with legal and trustee teams.
