Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with at least 1 year of experience to handle statutory compliance, governance, and secretarial matters. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of corporate laws, MCA filings, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Handle MCA filings, maintain statutory registers, and prepare minutes of Board and General Meetings.

Draft and review legal documents, board resolutions, and agreements.

Coordinate with auditors, directors, and regulatory authorities.

Manage ROC filings, annual returns, and event-based compliances.

Provide advisory support on company law, FEMA, and SEBI-related matters (if applicable).

Support in maintaining proper corporate governance practices.

Requirements

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.

Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.

Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and related compliances.

Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

Proficient in MS Office and MCA portal operations.
