Role Overview:

Front Office Executive cum Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a courteous and professional approach.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general front office inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area and office spaces in a neat, presentable condition.
• Handle visitor and courier logs, ID issuance, and access control procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and internal events.
• Assist with procurement and inventory of office supplies.
• Book travel and accommodation for employees or guests, as needed.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to ensure office upkeep.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Tamil knowledge is a plus).
• Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in front desk, admin, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Calm, composed, and confident in handling multiple responsibilities.
