About the Role

In-House Corporate Lawyer

International Law

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate

  commercial, corporate, construction, employment, and other agreements

  .
• Provide legal support for

  real estate transactions and construction projects

  .
• Prepare and manage

  corporate documentation

  , including:
• MCA filings and statutory compliances
• Corporate changes and record maintenance
• Opening and closing of bank accounts
• Advise on

  employment law, tax-related legal matters

  , and internal policies.
• Support

  international trade matters and cross-border contracts

  .
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
• Liaise with and represent the company before

  government authorities and regulatory bodies

  , as required.

Requirements

• LL.B or LL.M degree

  from a recognized university.

• 13 years of experience

  in an in-house legal role or relevant corporate law practice.
• Strong knowledge of

  corporate law, contracts, real estate, and construction-related matters

  .

• Excellent command of English (C1 level)

  ; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
