Industry & Sector:

• Deliver efficient, evidence-based outpatient consultations: evaluate symptoms, establish diagnoses, and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform routine minor procedures (suturing, wound care, minor excisions, injections) and administer vaccinations according to protocol.
• Order and interpret common diagnostics (labs, X-rays), initiate appropriate treatment, and refer to specialists when indicated.
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR/EHR records, prescription documentation, and follow-up plans; ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Stabilize and provide initial emergency care (BLS/ACLS actions where required) and coordinate transfers to higher centres when necessary.
• Participate in patient education, preventive health screenings, clinic quality initiatives, and basic inventory/stock oversight for consumables and medications.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognised institution
• Current registration with the relevant State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC)
• Prior experience working in an OPD or clinic setting with independent outpatient consultations
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical examination and diagnostic skills relevant to primary care
  

Preferred

• Experience in urban clinics or high-footfall OPD environments (Koramangala/central Bangalore advantage)
• Additional certification or short courses in emergency medicine or family medicine
• Fluency in local language(s) (Kannada) plus English for patient communication
