Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess health status and establish treatment plans. Perform gynaecological examinations and diagnostic procedures. Offer expert advice on women's health issues, including family planning and menopause management. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for all patient interactions. Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients on wellness, preventive health measures, and treatment options. Manage emergencies and urgent cases effectively. Participate in ongoing medical education and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards in practice. Prescribe medication as necessary and monitor patient responses. Advocate for women's health issues within the community. Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of gynaecological medicine. Facilitate referrals to specialists when required. Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress. Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and patient care improvements. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Registered medical practitioner with a valid medical license. Specialization in gynaecology preferred. Proven experience as a gynaecologist. Strong clinical skills and expertise in gynaecological procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment. Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems. Certification in Advanced Life Support (or equivalent) is an advantage. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new challenges. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Knowledge of current trends in women's health. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
