MBBS Doctor

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: MD&CEO / VP

Position Overview:

To guide, lead, and develop a team of claim adjudication in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), handling reimbursement, cashless medical claims for line-of-treatment, investigations, stay, and treatment prescribed with medical/surgical interventions. Prepare Strategic Planning to reduce TAT, to meet the clientele expectations, projecting the Company and its potential to prospective clients, so as to achieve the organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes effective working relationships with health plan partners through active engagement and participation with the health plans
• Direct responsibility for the oversight, hands-on participation, and delivery of large-scale projects/programs
• Explore multiple horizons of technologies across a diversified portfolio approach, from near-term needs in population & precision health to emerging allied fields in VR / AR, blockchain, cognitive computing, etc.
• Ensure operational tools such as forecasting systems (Salesforce) are properly implemented and used by all staff in the region, facilitating effective forecasting and communication with corporate operational leadership.
• Analyse the data provided by clients (or their vendors), observe data records to record any errors, review log files, document data changes needed, and communicate this information with clients and/or their vendors
• Build deep advisory relationships with the clients senior-most leaders
• Deliver data-driven insights to support actionable strategic direction, corporate prioritization, and strategy communication (Executive management, Board, investors, company)

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS with around 10years of post-qualification experience in General Medicine, including at least 03 years of experience in administration roles or Medical Processing unit.
• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) qualification is a plus.
