Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruit and staff by sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees
  2. Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts
  3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide employee feedback
  4. Create and implement training programs and career development plans
  5. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and insurance
  6. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  7. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures

  9. Promote and foster diversity and inclusion within the workplace
