Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop appropriate job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
Coordinate recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, campus drives, and online hiring activities.
Lead and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor employee engagement and morale, implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction.
Assist in designing and executing performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to guide performance improvement plans and structured feedback sessions.
Analyze performance-related data to identify patterns and recommend improvement strategies.
Identify training needs and support the development of training and upskilling programs.
Coordinate training workshops, sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
