You will be joining Tetra, a prominent Linux and Open Source Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, & Solutions Provider Company based in New Delhi, dedicated to delivering efficient and cost-effective business solutions. Tetra has expanded its presence by establishing a branch office to enhance client service. As an IT Sales Trainee Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team. This position is well-suited for individuals with a passion for technology, a desire to pursue a career in IT sales, and strong communication and persuasion abilities. The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program aimed at developing expertise in IT solutions, sales strategies, and customer engagement. During the initial six months, you will receive a stipend along with conveyance reimbursement for attending meetings with clients, as per industry standards. Based on your performance during this period, you will be transitioned to the role of IT Sales Executive with a competitive salary package. Throughout the training period, you will have the opportunity to acquire and enhance various IT sales skills, including: - Understanding the company's IT products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. - Learning lead generation, prospecting, and client qualification through different channels. - Supporting senior sales professionals in pitching solutions, preparing proposals, and managing negotiations. - Developing the ability to build and maintain customer relationships by addressing their needs and concerns. - Conducting market research to identify trends and competitive insights. - Participating in sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions. - Following up and documenting sales activities using CRM tools. - Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.
