We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Trainee Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to build a career in IT sales, and possess strong communication and persuasion skills. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to develop expertise in IT solutions, sales strategies, and customer engagement. **As an IT Sales Trainee -First 6 months Stipend+ Conveyance Reimbursement ( for attending Meetings with Clients) would be given as Perks which would be as per Industry Standard. **Based on performance during first 6 month, candidates would be hired as IT Sales Executive with salary as per Industry Standard. IT Sales Skill that can be learnt & opportunities gained during the period of Training: Learn and understand the company's IT products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Learn lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying clients through various channels. Support senior sales Professionals, in pitching solutions & learn preparing proposals, and managing negotiations. Develop the skill of building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions . Follow-ups and documentation of sales activities using CRM tools. Work collaboratively with technical and marketing teams to improve sales strategies. Preferred candidate profile Education : MBA Good command over written and spoken English. Good knowledge of MS Office softwares (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
