Job Title: MATLAB Developer

Experience:

3–8 Years

Location:

BangaloreWe are looking for a highly skilled

MATLAB / Simulink Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in modeling, simulation, and object-oriented programming. The ideal candidate will work on developing simulation models, GUI applications, and validation frameworks for engineering and electrical system applications.

Required Technical Skills

MATLAB Expertise (Essential)

Strong MATLAB programming experience (mandatory)
Simulink modeling and simulation
Simscape Electrical (formerly SimPowerSystems)
Advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using MATLAB classes
Experience with MATLAB App Designer for GUI development
Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as matlab.unittest

Optional (Good to Have)

MATLAB Compiler for generating standalone executables
Knowledge of power electronics and electrical converter systems
Experience with transfer function analysis and signal processing
Strong understanding of matrix operations and linear algebra
Familiarity with Git version control
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Technical documentation and report writing skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize MATLAB scripts, functions, and OOP-based components.
Build, simulate, and validate dynamic models using Simulink and Simscape Electrical.
Design and develop interactive GUIs using MATLAB App Designer.
Create automated test cases using matlab.unittest for model and code validation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
Support system-level modeling, simulation workflows, and application deployment.
