Master Schedule Planner

Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring the interaction with a firms functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

• You are immersed in operations function in switchgear industry
• You have 10 to 15 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Management
• You have experience in coordinating with cross-functional team for finalizing customer inspection (FAT), SAP Transactional activities
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Switchgear productions and SAP-MM & PP
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (should be full-time)
• You are at ease communicating in English
