As a Marketing & PR Coordinator at Padel India, you will be responsible for driving the brand voice across various channels and communities. Your role will involve developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns for club launches, events, and product rollouts, as well as building and maintaining strong media relationships at both local and national levels. You will be crafting compelling campaigns, writing impactful press releases, blogs, and social media copy, and coordinating branding and promotional activities across digital platforms. Previous experience managing campaigns, media events, and influencer outreach, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field, is required. Exceptional organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp are also necessary. Preferred but not mandatory skills include past work in sports, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors, familiarity with CRM platforms or content calendars (such as Trello, Notion, Zoho Marketing), basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google), SEO, or content performance tracking, and a personal flair for aesthetics, design, and trendspotting.
